The Dominican Republic (DR) has given us a false sense of security. Haiti would not like to be described as its poor neighbour, but the contrast is stark.

 

Supplies and help cross the border

Our convoy carrying essential supplies and our team of experts heads towards the border. Life in the DR seems surreally normal
