The Circle of Hope

The Circle of Hope is the conceptual foundation of Plan's response to HIV and AIDS. Initally developed by Plan Uganda, the model has since been adapted by several of Plan's country offices. It has also become the framework of the Hope for African Children Initative, a pan-African partnership to strengthen support for children affected by AIDS in Africa.
