Everyone has the right to express their thoughts and feelings. This means anywhere, and anytime. Everyone includes children as well. Children have the right to express what they think. Also, they have the right to contribute to ideas and other things that would affect them. Children’s ideas should never be taken for granted but instead looked at and taken into thought. This picture shows a boy raising his hand up so he can say what he thinks. Different opinions is one of the things that keeps the world diverse and diversity keeps the world running. Also, children will be the ones making the ideas in the future, so why not start now? Article #12: Children have the right to say what they think should happen, when adults are making decisions that affect them, and to have their opinions taken into account.
