Pink LemonAid for Education

The stand was a success! We didn't raise as much money as we wanted to, but we still had a lot of people giving well over the suggested donation amount. If people didn't want lemonade, they still put some change in the jar, and we received a lot of kind words from people who think Because I Am A Girl is a fantastic organization. I definitely want to have another fundraiser before the summer's over, but I think I might try something different. I currently have a jar of pink lemonade sitting in my fridge . I have the money in a safe place, and if I find the time to have another fundraiser before the summer's over I'll wait and send in all the money then. If not, expect a cheque in the mail soon!
