Taking Charge

Elwin (Dominican Republic), Angela (Colombia) and Miriam (Norway) made speeches on behalf of our youth team on the panel!  One of the major topics was finding ways to improve communication between adults and children.  At the youth preparatory meeting, we discussed ways to ensure that opinions of children are not only heard but taken seriously by parents and governments.  Based on the applause, I think they definitely got everyone's attention.
