[video] Sebastian, 16, lives in a vulnerable community with high levels of sanitation, water and housing problems. With the support of Plan, Sebastian participated in youth group activities to address the community water and waste concerns. Now, he is respected for his energy, intelligence and drive when it comes to tackling local issues.
