Escaping the violence

[video] Colombia's 40-year armed conflict is known simply as "La Violencia" or The Violence. In the last 20 years alone, more than 70,000 people have been killed in the violence and 3 million people have been forcibly displaced from their homes. Plan funds an orchestra project in a neighbourhood made up of generations of people affected by the violence. On of the people benefitting from this project is Jose Luis, who has sought refuge form the violence in the music.
