Reporter Neelamma investigates the cultural practice of a dowry payment by the bride's family to the groom's family. Despite being prohibited by law in 1961 it is still very common in arranged marriages and in rural areas. Neelamma discovers what kind of groom her father would be able to purchase for her in Andhara Pradesh.
