[video] Plan took a youth media team made up of young journalists from West Africa and Europe to the European Development Days 2008 forum, held in Strasbourg 15-17 November.
Plan held a youth forum on the first day where young people were able to meet each other and exchange views on their experiences of participating in local governance structures. Plan believes that child participation enables children to take an active role in the decisions that affect them.
